I have over 13 years of experience in digital design, branding, and eCommerce, with a strong focus on customer journeys and visual communication. My career started as a graphic designer, where I worked with brands in the water sector, manufacturing, retail, and FMCG. I managed branding, print and packaging design, websites, and online systems, gaining a broad perspective on how design impacts business.
I always have had a strong interest in IT and so became increasingly skilled in the digital space, including UI/UX design, digital product design, data-driven design, and improving business efficiencies. Working with research teams to create visual stories introduced me to the power of data storytelling, which led me to expand my skills in data analysis. I have since built expertise in SQL, Python, Tableau, and Power BI, using these tools to gain insights, solve business challenges, and optimize processes.
I am passionate about combining creative design thinking with analytical problem-solving. With a deep understanding of user experience, branding, and digital design trends, I take a strategic, results-oriented approach to projects, helping businesses achieve measurable and impactful outcomes.
